Innovation track-Shenzhen R&D center was established

On 31 March 2022, CZ Electric Shenzhen R&D Centre was officially unveiled. The Shenzhen R&D Centre will be dedicated to the development of intelligent explosion-proof electrical products and new portable and mobile lighting products, in order to further follow market development trends and meet market demand.

Since its establishment, CZ Electric has maintained high investment in R&D and insisted on independent R&D to master core technologies. With the completion and opening of the new R&D centre, the company's technological innovation has entered a new stage. Innovation driven - new product research and development

In 2022, CZ Electric adheres to customer-centricity, grasps the trend of large-scale application of new intelligent technologies in the explosion-proof industry in the new era, conducts intelligent R&D and upgrades of products, and has successively completed a series of explosion-proof intelligent products such as CZ6474, CZ6365 and CZ15. Design, development and completion work.

In the same year, it completed the design, development and finalisation of nine explosion-proof portable lamps, including CZ8221N, CZ8221R and CZ8231N, and passed the DNV international intrinsically safe explosion-proof certification test.

The 9 explosion-proof portable products all adopt intrinsically safe explosion-proof types, which are safe and reliable; they can be widely used in Class I, Class II Zone 0 (alkaline battery model), Zone 1, Zone 2 and Class III 20 (alkaline battery model), in the explosive environment of Zone 21 and 22, except for CZ8251R (for low temperature -20℃), other portable products are suitable for low temperature -40℃ and high temperature +55℃.
