Installation location:
1. Install as far as possible in a place with a low degree of danger, away from heat sources, moisture, corrosion or external shocks and vibrations. If you are outdoors, bring a rain cover. When designing, try to use bottom-in and bottom-out cables to prevent rain and dew from entering.
2. When installing, it should be straight, and the bracket or wall should be fixed firmly. The explosion-proof box preferably has an independent operating space.
Check items before installation:
1. Check whether the type, level and group of explosion-proof distribution box meet the explosion-proof site environment, check certificates such as explosion-proof certificate, check EX mark, nameplate explosion-proof mark, protection level, anti-corrosion level, working voltage, rated current, and manufacturer information, etc.
2. Check that the equipment shell is not cracked or damaged, and pay attention to protect the explosion-proof joint surface. Whether the fastening bolts are complete. The explosion-proof joint surface should be coated with anti-rust oil to protect the joint surface from rusting.
3. The lines inside the explosion-proof box are arranged in an orderly manner, and the terminals are not loose. The distribution line is strictly prohibited from having intermediate connectors in Zone 1, and there should be no intermediate connectors in Zone 2.
